Care home waterproofing

The existing care home on the site has been demolished to make way for a new, state-of-the-art 50-bed care home. This new facility will feature a cinema and pamper rooms, enhancing the quality of life for its residents. The project also includes a basement that will house essential amenities such as a kitchen, staff room, laundry room, and boiler room. To ensure the basement is well-lit, the building will include an external staircase and light wells.

Our client has entrusted us with full design and installation liability for this project, which will be covered under our £10 million Professional Indemnity insurance. At MacLennan, we take the risk out of waterproofing, ensuring peace of mind for our clients.
