BUSINESS AS USUALThis is our official announcement in regards to Covid – 19 (Coronavirus) on 19.03.2020. We would like to reassure all our business partners, clients and customers that here at MacLennan we are proceeding with business as usual, adjusting to change where necessary. The changes we are making are not affecting any of our work on site. We are determined to get the job done to support the economy.
ON SITE – business as usualAll our projects are still going ahead, and we are attending jobs on site. We are taking all necessary precautions and following high hygiene standards. We are making sure all our staff are healthy and will be self isolating should they or someone in their household feel unwell.
SUPPLIERS – under controlWe are monitoring our supply chain on a daily basis to make sure we still have access to materials relevant to each live project as well as maintaining our own stock of materials appropriately. If we do envisage any risk to this we will take all practical actions to facilitate securing a constant supply chain to make sure our clients aren’t impacted by any temporary shortfalls of stock levels due to any ongoing travel restrictions. The majority of our key suppliers have also reassured us they have taken action by increasing UK based stock levels of materials to help minimise any delivery delays to our sites especially on items coming from Europe as part of their normal warehouse replenishment process.
CPD Seminars – now available also onlineWe are now offering all our CPD seminars as online meetings or webinars as an option for our clients. This has been very successful with great results. With more people now working from home, this is a perfect option to keep learning and working using the technology available. Most of our clients are happy for us to host CPD seminars as an online meeting. This does not require complicated technology and is very easy to set up on both sides.
HEAD OFFICE – business as usual (via our virtual office)We are making sure that you as our business partner or client can communicate with us in the same way as before. We are available via phone, email, website chat and online meetings. Most of our admin, sales, marketing, operations and surveyors are now working remotely, but we have the technology in place to make sure you won’t even feel the difference.
