Remedial Deck Waterproofing

We’ve been called to a remedial project in Dorset to address various water ingress issues in an existing property. The client is looking to fix issues with the basement and the deck area above.

They sought our expertise for a new waterproofing design, requiring the complete removal of the existing system and installation of a new one with insurance-backed guarantees to ensure long-term integrity.

During our site visit, our experienced CSSW surveyor identified several serious issues with the original construction and design. We’ve recommended our PolyM liquid membrane for the deck area to prevent water ingress, and further investigations are planned for the basement area.
