We were called in to tackle water ingress issues at a beautiful property in Dorset, where the client was dealing with a leaky basement and deck area.
Our team installed a full cavity drain system in the basement and fully waterproofed the deck area above, ensuring no leaks will penetrate below.
Here's how we did it:

1. Preparation: We made sure the area was clean and dry to ensure maximum adhesion and prevent outgassing.
2. Primer Application: We applied the primer to create a solid base.
3. PolyM System: Our flexible liquid PolyM system was then applied. This solution is perfect for decks, buried roofs, and retaining walls, even in colder temperatures. It's fast-curing, highly durable, and hard-wearing.

We're thrilled to be working with new clients on an incredible restoration and refurbishment of an existing house in London. This project includes the addition of a one-level basement that will feature a guest bedroom, gym, and utility room. 🏡✨

As local authorities become increasingly concerned about radon, we're seeing more projects that require radon protection measures. Starting from February 1, 2023, all new construction plots must have radon protection measures installed in accordance with updated mapping to comply with NHBC Standards and Building Regulations. 🛠️💧

While radon gas may not be as prevalent in London as it is in areas like the South West, it's still a significant concern for property owners. Radon gas can affect properties and their occupants across the UK, and it's important to be aware of this issue.

Works are continuing over at the Abergavenny project. A substantial redevelopment of a series of derelict barns, into a grand family residence.

To ensure a dry and habitable space, we've meticulously designed, supplied, and are now installing our state-of-the-art cavity membrane system on the internal walls of the basement. Once completed, this space will feature a luxurious swimming pool, a plant room, and a games area.
